Mum’s 70th Birthday at Red Shed Palazzo was wonderful. The food was delicious, and everyone – especially the men, were happy with the super generous portions. Monica stood out with her exceptional service – nothing was too much. Monica was delighted to help me set up the extra’s I had brought with me like the lavender candles and crystal tea lights for the tables. Mum and I had looked at numerous venues to celebrate her 70th Birthday, and Palazzo Café stood out for its delightful and magical atmosphere. The garden, water features are quite special. All of mums’ friends and our family are still raving about mum’s 70th. PS When I came to book your Café for mum’s birthday I was on my way to a working bee at one of the local historic reserves, and after it had finished my husband and I came back and had a late lunch. What a fantastic venue, a stunning menu with something for everyone , [exceptional value for money too] fabulous staff and sensational service. I loved the friendly way I was greeted – nothing was too much. We were graciously seated by the Manager, a very warm and welcoming host. For me it is always a toss up [Yip! I am a repeat customer] between the Eggs Benedict and the Kidney Saute’ – and as always, cooked to perfection. The cabinet food simply delightful. There is something for everyone. I love the way you have embraced your community, wrapping yourself around the needs of the locals. Once a closed up building with a story, you have brought it back to life. A garden centre, a cafe, a venue, easy to find, easy to get to and tons of parking. From the art on the walls to the local school cookbook sold as a fundraiser – there is more than just food and beverage for sale. You have brought new jobs and past customers into a rural community. You make it a priority to know your customers and make us all feel so welcomed in what is undoubtedly a friendly, relaxing place to be. Thanks!!!Jo

FANTASTIC cafe! So so so impressed, and so great to finally have the cafe in the hands of people who know what they are doing! My experience could not have been more perfect and the food is simply divine, with a menu that has something for everyone. Coffee was perfection, as was service – staff were so lovely and super attentive. The gardens are such a gorgeous surrounding. Thoroughly recommend to anybody in the area, and out of the area too because it is SO worth the drive. I will be back!Laura

We were recommended Red Shed Palazzo and visited on the 28th January. Beautiful surroundings, fabulous food and excellent service from the staff! Very welcoming and went out of their way. We came here for mother in laws birthday, the staff were very... accommodating, when we asked for a candle for her cake…..then when we ordered an iced chocolate for our little ones with 3 straws, they made 3 small ones for them at no extra charge! Thanks for a lovely lunch. Extra bonus was the garden centre too browse afterwards. Thanks again and would definitely recommend.Anonymous

WOW! This is such a cool cafe. Setting is so great - lovely and relaxed with lots of tables inside, or outside amongst the garden centre setting. Not only are they child friendly, but dog friendly to...woohoo! Staff were all so nice, and owners are local I understand and have run very successful cafes in the past so I am told. Food really is exceptional - large portions, delicious and huge selection. We had a table of six and the cafe was chocka but wait times were more than reasonable. The only complaint I have is not being able to fit in desert! The range of cakes looked devine!Puppy Lover
